You will handle customer service, take orders, serve food, assist with cashiering, and maintain cleanliness, while working in a fast-paced environment with a focus on guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant service is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Ability to take orders accurately and provide menu recommendations.
• Willingness to perform cleaning and other duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner and take orders using the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages accurately and promptly, coordinate with kitchen staff.
• Assist with cashiering, payment handling and up-selling where appropriate.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining areas and dining materials.
• Support with takeaway orders, packing and restaurant events when required.
