Madura's Restaurant & Cafe Pte. Ltd. in Little India, Singapore, is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to support daily kitchen operations in a busy Indian restaurant. You will be a hands-on all-rounder, performing various kitchen duties in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include food preparation, assisting chefs, cleaning, stock handling and maintaining hygiene standards. Shift work, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualificações

• Previous kitchen experience is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of Indian food preparation is preferred.
• Physically fit, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to perform cleaning, washing and general kitchen duties.
• Good teamwork, discipline and willingness to learn.
• Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

• Assist with cooking, food packing, takeaway and catering orders.
• Wash utensils, clean kitchen equipment and maintain kitchen cleanliness.
• Handle stock receiving, storage and ingredient replenishment.
• Follow food hygiene, safety and sanitation requirements.
• Support all kitchen sections during peak hours and undertake other duties as assigned.
