Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales coordination, preferably within construction or building materials industries.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quotations, proposals, and tender documents to support sales team objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and clients to ensure on-time delivery of materials and services for projects.
• Maintain detailed records of sales activities, contracts, and client communications to ensure data accuracy.
• Monitor project timelines and provide regular updates to stakeholders to track progress and address issues.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and deliver effective after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Compile sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to inform management decision-making.
• Support marketing initiatives including trade shows, client presentations, and promotional campaigns to boost sales efforts.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and safety regulations to maintain compliance.
