We are seeking an Admin Assistant cum Purchaser to join GTM Aluminium Pte Ltd in Singapore on a full-time basis. This is a dual-function role that combines administrative support with procurement responsibilities, making it integral to the smooth operation of our business. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing both day-to-day administrative tasks and playing a key role in our purchasing processes. This position offers the opportunity to develop expertise across multiple business functions whilst supporting the wider team.
Managing administrative tasks including scheduling, correspondence, filing, and general office coordination
Sourcing materials and obtaining quotations from suppliers as well as processing purchase orders
Coordinating delivery schedules and tracking incoming shipments
Arrangement of logistics, manpower and materials delivery to various locations
Issuance of delivery orders for delivery and issuance of transmittals/correspondences for submission
Maintaining inventory records and purchase documentation
Liaising between departments to ensure procurement needs are met efficiently
Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records in relevant systems
Assisting with accounts payable processes related to purchases
Responding to supplier inquiries and resolving procurement-related issues
Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar office support role
Experience in purchasing, procurement, or vendor management
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data handling
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualification as a minimum
