Job summary

DENTALIS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a dual-role front desk and chairside assistant. Training will be provided for clinical tasks and procedures. The role offers structured daytime hours with no nights, Sundays, or public holidays, and a friendly premium clinic environment.

You will greet patients, manage appointments, assist dentists, handle billing, and support clinic operations daily. Applicants should be Singaporean/PR with basic IT skills and a willingness to learn clinical assisting.

Qualifications

• Singaporean/PR, minimum N Levels or ITE certification.
• Cheerful, professional, and well-groomed.
• Good spoken & written English.
• Basic IT skills.
• Organised, detail-oriented, able to multitask.
• Strong people skills; service or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn clinical assisting.
• Students on vacation or those planning to pursue a dentistry degree are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Front Desk: Greet patients and manage check-in/check-out smoothly.
• Handle calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in enquiries professionally.
• Schedule and manage appointments accurately.
• Process patient registration, billing, and CHAS/MediSave/insurance claims.
• Dispense prescribed medications.
