Job summary

FIGS DENTAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable and friendly Dental Assistant to join a small, supportive team in Singapore. You will perform chairside assisting, prepare rooms and materials, and help with front-desk duties as needed.

The successful candidate will have dental clinic experience, be able to work Saturdays, and follow infection-control protocols. Training will be provided on our systems and workflows. Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,000 per month.

Qualifications

• Experience in a dental clinic or dental assisting.
• Eligible to work in Singapore without sponsorship.
• Able to work on Saturdays.
• Friendly, responsible and punctual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to multitask and stay organized during busy clinic sessions.
• Comfortable assisting with clinical and reception duties.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willing to learn and follow infection-control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist the dentist during dental procedures.
• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments and materials.
• Clean, disinfect and sterilise instruments according to clinic protocols.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of treatment rooms and common areas.
• Welcome patients and help them feel comfortable.
• Schedule appointments and manage basic patient enquiries.
• Update patient records and perform basic computer and administrative work.
• Process payments and assist with front-desk duties when required.
• Reinforce post-treatment instructions provided by the dentist.
• Support the clinic team with day-to-day operations.
