Job summary

National Healthcare Group Corporate Office (HQ) seeks a DSRB Lead Analyst to ensure top-tier administrative support for ethics within the OHRPP, safeguarding the rights and welfare of human research subjects.

You will assist the IRB Manager, supervise junior Analysts, allocate resources to Domain functions, mentor staff, and implement policy improvements across the review boards. This role also covers policy management, secretariat duties, and database maintenance.

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Life Sciences/Nursing/Pharmacy/Health Sciences with at least 5 years of relevant IRB experience.
• CITI and GCP training would be an advantage, especially for clinical research in Public Healthcare Institutions.
• Good understanding of research ethics policies and local regulations.
• Professional accreditation such as CIP is preferred.
• Demonstrated knowledge of quality and process improvements.
• Strong organization, project management and communication (written and verbal) skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in Ethics Policy Management including review and update of guidelines and SOPs.
• Monitor Ethics Review and Approval processes to ensure efficient, compliant reviews with proper meeting documentation.
• Train and mentor Analysts; ensure competency in reviewing studies independently.
• Maintain DSRB databases and prepare ethics-related reports.
• Handle operational duties of the Admin Support Office and act as Secretariat for ethics conferences/programs.
