Job summary

NHG Health is seeking a DSRB Lead Analyst in the Office of Human Research Protection Programme (OHRPP) to ensure excellent administrative support for ethics reviews. The role focuses on monitoring Domain-specific Boards, resource allocation, and policy implementation to protect the rights and welfare of human subjects.

You will mentor junior Analysts, oversee meeting processes, and drive continuous improvement in ethics approval workflows, while ensuring detailed documentation and regulatory

Qualifications

• Degree in Science/Life Sciences/Nursing/Pharmacy/Health Sciences.
• Professional CIP accreditation is preferred.
• Experience with ethics policies and local regulations helpful.
• Knowledge of research ethics guidelines, policies, SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ethics policy management and update guidelines and SOPs.
• Monitor quality and timeliness of ethics reviews by the DSRB.
• Train and mentor Analysts; orient new staff to review processes.
• Maintain DSRB-related data and generate reports.
• Support operational matters and act as main secretariat for ethics conferences.
