Job summary

Kerry Consulting PTE. LTD. seeks a seasoned Operations professional to manage end-to-end dry bulk trading operations in Singapore. You will review contracts, coordinate vessel nominations, and handle LC documentation to ensure timely, compliant execution.

Reporting to Head of Operations, you will monitor shipment progress, manage invoicing, laytime/demurrage, and oversee cash flow with internal teams across trading, shipping and finance.

Qualifications

• Degree in business or related discipline.
• 3–6 years in physical bulk trade operations in commodities trading.
• Strong knowledge of marine logistics, incoterms, laytime/demurrage.
• Experience with trade documentation including Letters of Credit.
• Strong stakeholder management across trading, shipping, and finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end trading operations for dry bulk commodities.
• Review and verify sales and purchase contracts.
• Coordinate vessel nominations and shipping logistics.
• Prepare and manage Letters of Credit with banks and customers.
• Monitor shipment progress, invoicing, laytime calculations.
• Oversee receivables/payables and month-end cash flow.
