Job summary

ANRADUS PTE. LTD. is seeking a Logistics cum Driver/Logistics Assistant in Kallang. The role involves receiving and recording incoming materials, storing and labeling goods, and supporting daily warehouse operations in a 5-day workweek (Mon-Fri, 8am–5:30pm).

Responsibilities include coordinating with Sales for order fulfilment, conducting stock checks, and ensuring timely deliveries and shipments. A Class 3 driving license is required, with forklift license as an advantage.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivery, warehousing, logistics, or retail operations is advantageous.
• Valid Class 3 driving license required for Logistics cum Driver role (min 1 year driving experience).
• Able to assist with loading and unloading using proper handling methods when required.
• Forklift license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unpack, verify, and record incoming raw materials and goods.
• Ensure materials and finished products are stored, labelled, and documented.
• Replenish raw materials for production using the Kanban system.
• Pack, label, and record finished goods for outgoing deliveries and shipments.
• Support daily warehouse operations, including inventory storage, organisation, and housekeeping in line with 5S standards.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to support order fulfilment and arrange timely shipments.
• Conduct stock checks, cycle counts, and support periodic inventory audits to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Report material discrepancies or defects to the Team Leader or Purchasing team.
• Assist with loading, unloading, and securing goods for transportation.
• Maintain proper records for incoming and outgoing products, including items issued for repair or field service.
• Perform delivery and collection of goods to and from customers, suppliers, outlets, and external warehouses safely and on time.
• Coordinate with external warehouses on inventory movements.Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
