Job summary

Capen Marketing Pte Ltd, based in Singapore, is seeking a full-time Driver & Warehouse/Merchandising Assistant to support deliveries, restocking and stock checks for reseller points. You will work with the warehouse team and interface professionally with all levels.

Responsibilities include driving, loading/unloading, inventory updates, packing orders, and assisting with events. A Class 3 license and 2 years driving experience are required. Basic English communication is expected.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driver's license.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Good interpersonal skills and professional interface.
• Able to communicate in basic English.
• Well-groomed and neat appearance.

Responsibilities

• Drive full-time as the company's driver.
• Handle retail restock and deliveries to resellers.
• Check stocks and inventory at reseller points.
• Report stock updates and expiry dates to office.
• Assist warehouse team in packing and checking orders.
• Deliver products and run errands as directed.
• Load/unload products following company guidelines.
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintenance.
• Update Delivery Order forms and fuel/cash records.
• Assist with event setups per management plans.
• Perform other tasks when deliveries are not required.

Job Description

Your key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Being a full time Driver.
• Handling Retail restock and deliveries.
• Checking stocks and inventory at resellers points.
• Reporting on stocks and inventory updates and expiry dates at resellers points.
• Assist the warehouse team in packing and checking orders.
• Delivering Company's products & complete errands as directed by office.
• Responsible for the proper loading and unloading of company's products in accordance to the company's guidelines, rules and regulations.
• Ensure that the event set-ups are in accordance to the management's plan and the customers' requirements.
• Assist warehouse team in inventory stock-taking and packing.
• Help with general work when delivery is not required.
• Handling and dispatching of company's equipment or as directed.
• Responsible for the maintenance and the general cleanliness of the vehicle.
• Administrative tasks include updating Delivery Order forms, update the usage of the assigned cash card and petrol card etc.
• Possess a class 3 license.
• Minimum 2 years driving experience.
• Well-groomed and neat appearance.
• Good interpersonal skills and able to interface with all levels, internally and externally, in a professional and responsive manner.
• Can speak and write basic English.
• Any other task assigned to you by the Management or your supervisors.

• 8.30am-6pm (Monday - Friday)
• 8.30am-12.30pm ( Saturday)
• 5 and half day a week
• Able to do over-time on weekends, Sundays and/or PHs when required.
