Job summary

SEARCH PERSONNEL PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a Driver cum Operations Assistant in Marymount, Singapore. You will help coordinate maintenance for offices and learning centres and assist with equipment setup and deliveries.

The role requires hands-on tasks, liaison with landlords and vendors, and basic IT/AV support. The ideal candidate has a Nitec or equivalent, at least two years of facilities experience, and a valid Class 3 driving licence.

Qualifications

• Nitec or equivalent technical qualification.
• At least two years of working experience in facilities/maintenance or a related environment.
• Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence.
• Basic troubleshooting for office, AV or IT equipment is advantageous.
• Able to coordinate with contractors, landlords and external service providers.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment and facilities across head office and learning centres.
• Liaise with landlords, building management and contractors on maintenance and building matters.
• Coordinate servicing or replacement of air-conditioning, lighting, CCTV and fire-safety equipment.
• Provide basic technical support for interactive whiteboards, projectors and laptops.
• Coordinate furniture deliveries and setup of internet, phone and NETS services for new centres.
• Assist with sourcing and quotations for office equipment, computers and laptops.
• Print, collate, pack and deliver learning materials to centres.
• Support packing, movement and arrangement of furniture during relocations, events and workshops.
• Maintain records relating to equipment, maintenance and centre-support activities.
• Perform other related facilities and operational duties.
