Job summary

SHANGYI LOGISTICS CONSULTANT PTE. LTD. is seeking a reliable Delivery Driver/Chauffeur to handle daily deliveries across Singapore for e-commerce, B2B and retail customers. You will load, unload, verify documents and ensure on-time handovers.

You should be familiar with Singapore roads, comfortable using GPS, and able to work weekends. The role includes vehicle checks, basic maintenance coordination and providing professional service to management and staff.

Qualifications

• Valid Singapore Class 3 or Class 3A driving license with a good driving record.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and comfortable using GPS/navigation applications.
• Previous experience in delivery driving, personal driving or chauffeur work is preferred.
• Responsible, punctual, reliable and safety-conscious.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle cartons and perform loading/unloading duties.
• Willing to work on weekend.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily deliveries of e-commerce, B2B and retail orders to customers and business locations across Singapore.
• Load, check and unload goods and ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
• Obtain delivery acknowledgement, proof of delivery and other required documentation.
• Plan efficient delivery routes and coordinate delivery schedules with the warehouse and operations team.
• Provide safe, punctual and professional chauffeur services to the Director/Management when required.
• Ensure the assigned company vehicle is kept clean, presentable and in good operating condition at all times.
• Conduct basic vehicle checks and arrange servicing, inspections, maintenance and repairs when required.
• Assist with collection of goods, documents, samples and other company-related items.
• Support warehouse operations such as loading, unloading and preparation of goods for delivery when required.
• Report delivery issues, vehicle problems, accidents or customer-related matters promptly to management.
• Maintain professionalism when providing chauffeur services to team when required.
• Perform other driving, logistics and operational duties as assigned.
