Job summary

Staffhub Group is seeking a Building Drafting/Engineering professional to produce detailed shop, fabrication and as-built drawings for M&E projects in the semiconductor sector.

You will read and interpret engineering documents, coordinate with owners and subcontractors, and ensure compliance with design specifications in a fast-paced environment. Collaboration with project teams and site meetings will be routine.

Qualifications

• Nitec/Diploma in Building Drafting/Engineering or equivalent certificate.
• Minimum 3 years relevant hands-on experience in M&E projects for Semicon industry working for subcontracting firm or Main-con.
• Experienced in 2D & 3D Autocad drawings for M&E, CSA, piping and Fire Protection systems.
• Able to read & understand engineering documents.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Produce and prepare detailed shop drawings, fabricate drawings and as-built drawings per contract specifications.
• Coordinate, review and verify drawings from owners and subcontractors for compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Update and comply with electrical/mechanical codes as required.
• Attend project meetings with our project team, clients and subcontractors.

• Coordinate, review and verify drawings including owner & subcontractors drawings to ensure compliance with design specifications and guidelines.
• Update and comply with the code of practice on electrical, mechanical as required.
• Attend meetings with our project team, clients, and subcontractors for project related matters.
