Job summary

SINOCON ENGINEERING PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a skilled draftsman to prepare detailed construction drawings, including shop drawings, RC shop drawings, reinforcement layouts, and excavation plans, aligning with approved designs and specs.

You will develop and update 2D AutoCAD drawings, coordinate with engineers and subcontractors, and maintain drawing records while ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. Diploma in Civil Engineering and 5+ years' drafting experience required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of drafting experience in the construction sector.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; good knowledge of Revit or BIM software.
• Familiar with local construction codes, standards, and drafting practices.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple drawing tasks and deadlines effectively.
• Good communication skills and able to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and subcontractors.
