Job summary

ALPHA MANPOWER PTE. LTD. seeks a Drafter/Junior Designer in Singapore to transform design concepts into precise AutoCAD shop drawings and 3D models. You will actively coordinate on-site with carpenters and contractors, ensuring the design intent is realized on the ground.

The role offers hands-on project ownership, client interaction, and growth opportunities within interior design and architecture. A 13th-month bonus and travel allowances are provided.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting and able to produce accurate shop drawings.
• Solid knowledge of SketchUp or 3ds Max for 3D visualization.
• Able to collaborate with clients and translate requirements into drawings.

What You Will Do

• Creative & Technical Drafting: Transform basic design concepts into highly accurate, ready-to-build AutoCAD shop drawings and engaging 3D models.

• Site Coordination & Leadership: Step away from the screen! Head to the site to brief contractors and carpenters, ensuring the design intent is flawlessly executed.

• Client Collaboration: Gain valuable client-facing experience by occasionally joining meetings to discuss requirements, present updates, and provide technical advice.

What We Are Looking For

• Drafting Prowess: Strong, mandatory proficiency in AutoCAD.

• 3D Visualization: A solid working knowledge of 3D modeling software, specifically SketchUp or 3ds Max.

• The Right Attitude: A keen eye for detail, a hunger to learn, and the communication skills to translate technical plans into clear instructions for non-design staff.
