What Will You Do?

We are looking for a highly motivated Designer with a keen eye for detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.

Your job is to create innovative design solutions for various projects by conceptualising designs, producing detailed drawings, collaborating with project teams, and ensuring successful project delivery.

Your creativity and technical skills will play a vital role in transforming our clients’ visions into reality.

Your responsibilities:

• Develop creative and practical design concepts that align with project objectives.
• Produce accurate and detailed design drawings using industry-standard software.
• Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure seamless coordination and integration of design elements.
• Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions and comply with applicable codes and regulations.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, effectively communicating design concepts and addressing client feedback.
• Collaborate with external consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project execution.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring that design milestones and deadlines are met.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance design capabilities.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive work environment, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field; professional certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction practices.
• Excellent design and visualization skills demonstrated through an impressive portfolio of projects.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
