Position Title: Drafter
Working Location: Sims Ave (7mins walk from Aljunied MRT)
Working Hours: 5 days (Monday to Friday, 8.30AM - 5.30PM)
Salary Package: Basic $1,500 - $2,800 + VB
Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and revise Fire Plan (FP) system layout drawings and Building Plan (BP) drawings.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and mechanical plans to coordinate fire protection systems.
• Ensure drawings are clear, accurate, and include all details needed for construction or manufacturing.
• Use CAD software to create and edit drawings.
• Ensure all drawings comply with local codes and standards (e.g., NFPA) and meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to reflect the correct design intent.
• Maintain drawing documentation and assist with submissions to relevant authorities.
• Make revisions based on feedback from engineers, consultants, and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs).
• Review and update drawings to meet project standards and requirements.
• Stay updated on building codes, industry standards, and materials.
• Provide technical support and help solve issues during construction or manufacturing.
• Organize and manage all drawing files and project documents.
• Communicate clearly with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
