PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Drafting Assistant for a 6-month contract at Maxwell to edit and clean building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM. You will ensure CAD/BIM data is well documented, validated, and aligned with SOPs, track data digitisation progress, and collaborate closely with the project team to meet deadlines. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required; BIM experience is a plus; Diploma in Architecture or related field preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or relevant education in Architecture or Built Environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD drafting.
• Experience with BIM software (Autodesk Revit) is a plus.

Duration: 6 months
Location: Maxwell
Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 8.30am to 6pm; Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Responsibilities

• Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in various formats, including 2D CAD and 3D BIM
• Ensure all CAD/BIM data is accurately documented, organised, and maintained in a structured manner
• Interpret and validate building and floor plans to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Track and support the progress of data digitalisation to ensure timely delivery of datasets
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project timelines

Requirements

• Diploma or relevant educational background in Architecture, Built Environment, or related fields; or equivalent hands-on drafting experience
• Proficient in drafting software such as AutoCAD
• Experience with BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit) is an added advantage
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow SOPs and ensure data accuracy
• Good teamwork and communication skills
