Job summary

F & L REINSTATEMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced CAD/BIM Drafter in Singapore to produce detailed 2D/3D drawings and construction layouts. You will collaborate with Architectural, Structural and MEP teams to deliver precise drawings and models.

The role requires proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray, Enscape and SketchUp, with at least 3 years in construction-related drafting. Strong communication, planning and teamwork are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, V-Ray (3D Max), Enscape and Sketchup.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• Proven track record and credibility.
• Good time management and planning.
• Good communication skills, meticulous, able to work in team and also work independently.
• Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software i.e., MS PowerPoint, Excel spreadsheet, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate and co-ordinate with Architectural, Structural, MEP teams and other sub-cons and provide construction layout plans and construction detailed drawings.
• Able to produce quality 2D/ 3D drawings/models from scratch with Sketchup software.
• Able to prepare conceptual design and construction drawings using CAD software.
• Able to spot any discrepancies between the actual site and drawings provided.
• Attend site meetings with MEP contractors and ID contractors for site issues.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications and documents, assess changes, and update drawings accordingly.
• Assist project team in letter / report writing and correspondences.
• Undertake other design and technical duties as and when assigned by management from time to time.
