Job summary

PERSOL is seeking a Drafter for a 6-month engagement at Maxwell, Singapore. You will edit and clean building plans using 2D CAD and 3D BIM, ensuring accurate, well-documented data.

You must have a Diploma in Architecture or related field, be proficient in AutoCAD, and familiar with Autodesk Revit; strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Collaborate with the design team to meet project timelines and maintain data digitisation progress for timely delivery of datasets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or related background in Architecture or Built Environment.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; BIM experience a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong data accuracy and SOP compliance.

Responsibilities

• Edit and clean approved building and floor plans in 2D CAD and 3D BIM formats.
• Ensure all CAD/BIM data is accurately documented, organised, and maintained.
• Interpret and validate building and floor plans to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Track and support the progress of data digitisation to ensure timely delivery of datasets.
• Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow efficiency and meet project timelines.
