Job summary

AN FU PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore seeks a diligent CAD Drafter to produce shop drawings and detailed construction drawings using AutoCAD. You will collaborate with the Project Team, revise drawings as required, and ensure compliance with codes and company standards.

You will maintain version-controlled records, conduct site visits when needed, and assist Project Managers with planning and detailing. Attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or an equivalent qualification.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and drafting standards.
• Strong technical drawing skills with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Produce shop drawings and construction drawings independently.
• Collaborate with Project Team to revise and update drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with regulatory codes, company standards, and project requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of drawing revisions and version control.
• Conduct site visits as needed to align drawings with actual conditions.
• Ensure materials are detailed and accounted for in drawings.
• Prepare submission documents and transmittal forms.
• Consult with Project Managers on planning and inclusion of necessary details in drawings.

• Ensures the drawings comply with specifications and company standards;
• Manages multiple projects concurrently and accurately in a timely manner through workload prioritisation;
• Prepares documents and transmittal form for submissions;
• Consult with Project Managers on project planning and inclusion of necessary details in the preparation of drawings;
• Ensures that all materials are detailed and accounted for in the drawings;

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Architecture, Drafting, or equivalent.
