Job summary

SAM LAIN EQUIPMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking a Civil/Construction Drafter in Singapore to design and draft drawing plans, elevations and cross sections for buildings and pipelines. You will prepare 2D/3D drawings, rendering, and documentation from detailed design to as-built stages.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in Civil/Construction/Structural fields, with Diploma or Bachelor's in Civil Engineering and AutoCAD proficiency, and familiarity with PUB Sewer projects.

Qualifications

• Candidates must possess minimum Diploma in Civil Engineering/Bachelors Degree or equivalent.
• Must have experience in PUB Sewer projects.
• At least 3 years of work experience in the related field.
• Autocad skills are required.
• Experience in Civil / Construction / Structural or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design and drafting of drawing plans, elevations and cross sections.
• Drafting drawings of buildings, above/underground pipelines & plants.
• Support drawings including 2D & 3D; rendering drawings.
• Able to complete documentation packages from detailed engineering drawings to as-built drawings.
• Prepare drawing sets for underground pipeline projects and M&E drawings.

Job description

Design and drafting of drawing plans, elevation and cross section.

Drafting the drawings of buildings, above/ under ground pipelines & plants

Support drawings including 2D & 3D

Rendering Drawing

Building Plans / Single Line Diagram / Temporary structures/ Pipelines

M & E working drawing

Able to complete documentation packages from detailed engineering drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings to as-built drawings and produce drawing sets

Experience in underground pipeline projects will be an advantage
Performed quantity take-offs for sewer and manhole works, including material quantity calculations.

Supported Quantity Surveying (QS) activities, including project quantity measurements and verification.

Prepared and reviewed material quantities based on drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Requirements:

Must have experience in PUB Sewer projects

At least 3 years of Work Experience in the related field

Autocad Skills
