Job summary

Luxior Concept in Singapore seeks a skilled 3D Drafter to join our design team. This full-time role focuses on translating design concepts into precise renderings and specifications to guide design and sales processes.

You will produce 3D interior renderings, create immersive 360° tours, and ensure drawings reflect layout, materials and lighting as intended. Collaboration with Interior Designers and timely delivery are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Drafter with interior design knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Enscape.
• Experience creating 360° virtual tours from 2D/3D drawings and renders.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate drawings.

Responsibilities

• Produce high-quality and realistic 3D interior renderings based on design concepts, material selections and project requirements.
• Create immersive 360° virtual tours to help clients visualise their proposed spaces.
• Translate sketches, mood boards, references and Interior Designers' concepts into accurate 2D and 3D visuals.
• Make amendments and revisions efficiently based on designer and client feedback.
• Ensure 3D renderings accurately reflect the proposed layout, materials, colours, lighting and overall design intent.
• Ensure technical drawings are properly dimensioned and suitable for site execution.
• Work closely with Interior Designers to meet project timelines and presentation requirements.
• Maintain organised drawing, rendering and project files.

About the role

We are seeking a skilled 3D Drafter to join Luxior Concept. This is a full-time position offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to the design and documentation of engineering projects. As a Drafter, you will play a vital role in translating technical concepts and designs into precise, detailed renderings and specifications that guide our design and sales processes. Your work will be essential in ensuring project accuracy, clarity, and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Produce high-quality and realistic 3D interior renderings based on design concepts, material selections and project requirements.

• Create immersive 360° virtual tours to help clients visualise their proposed spaces.

• Translate sketches, mood boards, references and Interior Designers' concepts into accurate 2D and 3D visuals.

What we’re looking for

• Proven experience as a Drafter with experience and knowledge in interior design.

• Proficiency with softwares such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or similar industry-standard programmes

• Experience in creating 360° virtual tours from 2D/3D drawings and renders.

• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate, high-quality drawings consistently

• Good understanding of interior space planning, proportions, materials, lighting and construction details.

• Strong eye for interior design, composition and visual presentation.

• Able to interpret floor plans, site measurements, sketches and design references accurately.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to work efficiently across multiple projects.

• Strong communication skills to work alongside interior designers and clients.
