Job summary

ETERNAL CONSTRUCTION AND RENOVATION PTE. LTD. is seeking a role responsible for processing new enquiries, submitting product drawings and bill of materials, and handling shop drawings for awarded projects.

You’ll respond to customer complaints about dimensions and profiles and prepare technical reports and presentations. This position also covers internal meetings, ensuring departmental and individual goals align with corporate targets, maintaining adequate manpower, and enforcing policy

Responsibilities

• Process the new enquiries and submit product drawing and bill of material
• Process the awarded project, submit shop drawings, final material extract and related documents
• Process customer complaints with regards to dimensional and profile issues
• Assist in providing informative well organized technical report and presentation materials
• Attend internal meetings
• Ensure achievement of departmental and individual goals aligning with corporate goals
• Ensure the efficiency and sufficient manpower
• Ensure the achievement of yearly performance standards
• Comply with Management Directive and company policies
