Job summary

HUA LEONG GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a drafting professional to prepare Architectural, Structural & M&E shop drawings with BIM skills, under minimal supervision. You will coordinate with sub-contractors for shop drawings execution and, when required, conduct site and safety inspections. You will also prepare weekly and monthly quality inspection reports and support senior peers and leaders.

This role offers exposure to multidisciplinary coordination and BIM-driven workflows within our projects.

Responsibilities

• Understand and handle drafting assignments with minimal supervision.
• Prepare Architectural, Structural & M&E Shop drawings and with BIM skills.
• Prepare Architectural, Structural & M&E Shop drawings status reports.
• Coordinate with sub-contractors for execution of shop drawings.
• Conduct site / safety inspection & supervision if necessary.
• Prepare weekly / monthly quality inspection reports and status.
• Carry out and fulfil relevant tasks assigned by senior peers and leaders.
