Job summary

Julius Baer in Singapore seeks an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the CIOO Asia & Middle East team. You will construct and manage discretionary portfolios, align with client objectives, and drive growth in Greater China by partnering with Relationship Managers to originate opportunities.

You will engage clients in Mandarin and English, deliver investment insights, and prepare proposals and reviews while ensuring compliance with mandate guidelines and applicable regulations.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years in portfolio management or multi-asset investing.
• Native/near-native Mandarin and strong English communication.
• Proven track record in multi-asset portfolio management and client advisory.
• Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word; Bloomberg knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct and manage client portfolios in line with objectives and risk profiles.
• Engage clients in Business Mandarin and English with investment updates.
• Originate and convert DPM opportunities in Greater China with RMs.
• Prepare investment proposals, portfolio reviews and client presentations.
• Ensure portfolios comply with mandate guidelines, regulations and policies.
