Job summary

Seatrium Ltd. is seeking a Security Supervisor for Joint Shipyard Management Services Pte. Ltd. at Kian Teck Hostel in Singapore.

You will supervise security staff, enforce dormitory rules, and ensure compliance with licenses and safety procedures. You will prepare shift briefings and incident reports to support 24/7 security coverage. The role requires at least 5 years in supervisory security, a PLRD license, and strong reporting skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong investigative and reporting skills

• Experience supervising security personnel and operations

Responsibilities

• Enforces dormitory rules, regulations and security requirements.
• Reviews dormitory procedures and risk assessments and updates as needed.
• Ensures security policies and procedures are followed by officers.
• Supervises security officers on day-to-day operations.
• Monitors training and licensing of security personnel to ensure compliance.
• Guides staff in access control and screening of residents, visitors and contractors.
• Prepares shift briefings and oversees daily security briefings.
• Oversees document checks and recordkeeping for security operations.
• Plans deployment of security personnel for events and drills.
• Represents security in meetings and prepares incident reports.
