Job summary

TALENT CONNECT HR CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. is seeking a skilled aluminium window installer for Singapore project sites.

You will install aluminium window panels, ACP panels, and architectural cladding, reading drawings, taking precise measurements and ensuring high-quality finishes. You should have hands-on experience, be able to work independently with minimal supervision, and coordinate with site teams. Overtime may be required, and Singapore construction site experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Preferably 3+ years hands-on experience in aluminium window works.
• Able to read technical drawings and take accurate site measurements.
• Independent worker with minimal supervision and strong finishing quality.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Willing to work at multiple construction sites and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Install aluminium window panels and related systems.
• Install ACP panels and architectural cladding materials.
• Take accurate site measurements, markings, cutting and fitting.
• Install frames, brackets, supports and components.
• Ensure panel alignment, levels and joints meet specs.
• Apply silicone/sealants and perform weatherproofing.
• Read and interpret drawings and installation details.
• Perform adjustments, repairs and defect rectification.
• Coordinate with site supervisors and other trades.
• Maintain tools and comply with safety requirements.
• Follow company procedures and project quality requirements.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Install aluminium window panels and related systems
• Carry out installation of Aluminium Composite Panels (ACP) and architectural cladding materials
• Perform accurate site measurement, marking, cutting, drilling and fitting
• Install aluminium frames, brackets, supports and associated components
• Ensure proper panel alignment, levels, dimensions, joints and finishing
• Carry out silicone/sealant application and weatherproofing works
• Read and interpret construction drawings, shop drawings and installation details
• Perform adjustment, repair and defect rectification works
• Coordinate with site supervisors, project teams and other trades
• Ensure completed works comply with project specifications and quality requirements
• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition
• Strictly comply with Workplace Safety & Health requirements and company procedures

Requirements

• Preferably 3 years or more relevant hands-on experience in aluminium window or architectural aluminium works
• Strong practical knowledge of aluminium window installation
• Experience with ACP panels, aluminium framing, brackets, sealants and finishing works
• Able to read technical drawings and take accurate site measurements
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Strong attention to workmanship and finishing quality
• Good teamwork and communication skills
• Physically fit and willing to work at various construction sites
• Willing to work overtime when required by project schedules
• Previous Singapore construction experience will be an advantage
