Job summary

RENCI in Singapore seeks a fundraising coordinator to oversee donation boxes placement, permissions, and monthly schedules. You will ensure confidentiality of donors, plan routes, and maintain accurate records while engaging with merchants to promote the organisation.

You will support fundraising events and deliver documents and festive gifts. Occasional after-hours work, weekends, and public holidays may be required to meet organisational needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'O' Level and above.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant fundraising experience.
• Class 3 driving license (manual) is mandatory.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook.
• Good public relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic placement of donation boxes in high-traffic locations.
• Obtain necessary permissions and manage collection and replacement of donation boxes.
• Maintain donors' confidentiality.
• Plan monthly collection and placement schedules.
• Manage routes and schedules to ensure timely collection.
• Follow safety protocols when handling donation boxes in public spaces.
• Record, handle, and report with meticulous attention to detail.
• Engage with merchants/donors to foster relationships and promote the organisation.
• Deliver documents and festive gifts.
• Support fundraising events.
• Occasionally work after office hours, weekends and public holidays.
• Undertake other duties as assigned by HOD.
