The Distribution Governance & Controls role supports risk management, regulatory compliance, and robust audit outcomes through operational execution across control activities for all distribution channels. You will engage with Legal, Compliance and Privacy teams to coordinate approvals and maintain up-to-date compliance documentation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related discipline.
• Min 3-5 years of experience in financial services operations or regulatory compliance.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and control awareness.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders and manage routine operational tasks reliably.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Internal Controls & Governance: conduct reviews of control effectiveness in Distribution per regulatory requirements; maintain Regulatory Obligation Map; perform due diligence on partners and end-clients; provide controls support across all distribution channels; assist with maintenance of compliance registers and trackers; support regulatory submissions, audits and reviews.
• Complaints Management: register and track complaints related to sales of Singlife products by distribution partners; maintain a complaints register and collate data for trend analysis and reporting.
• RNF Requirement Support: support implementation and adherence to RNF requirements; assist with collection, verification and maintenance of RNF documentation; maintain RNF trackers and regulatory reporting.
• Data Protection Support: assist DPO to meet data protection obligations; coordinate responses to internal queries and maintain documentation; support investigation and logging of data incidents.
• Customer & Business Fulfilment: process fulfilment activities; manage enquiries and discrepancies; maintain auditable records of fulfilment and payments.
