Job summary

Singlife is expanding its Distribution Governance & Controls function in Singapore, providing operational execution and support across controls, compliance, and risk management. The role strengthens regulatory adherence and audit outcomes across all distribution channels.

You will conduct reviews of control effectiveness, maintain obligation maps, perform due diligence, support RNF and data protection efforts, and handle complaints and fulfilment activities with multiple stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related discipline.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in financial services operations or a regulatory compliance function is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation discipline, and control awareness.

Responsibilities

• Conduct regular reviews of the effectiveness of controls in Distribution in line with regulatory requirements.
• Maintain an up-to-date Regulatory Obligation Map with controls for Distribution.
• Conduct due diligence reviews on business partners, intermediaries, and end-clients in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide controls support across all sales channels under Distribution, including approvals of contracts and campaigns.
• Assist with maintenance of compliance registers, RNF trackers, and documentation.
• Support coordination of regulatory submissions, audits, and internal reviews.
• Register and track all complaints against sales of Singlife products by distribution partners and collate data for trend analysis.
• Maintain RNF trackers/registers and support regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate responses to data protection requests and incidents with the DPO.
