Job summary

Manulife is seeking a Distribution Governance & Regulatory Enablement professional to guide regulatory compliant recruitment, distribution compensation and salesforce governance within the organisation.

You will lead complex reviews, provide practical business advice, and partner with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to implement scalable governance frameworks across global distribution initiatives.

Qualifications

• Regulatory guidance on evolving requirements affecting recruitment, distribution compensation and salesforce management.
• Distribution governance to align recruitment and distribution practices with regulatory and internal governance standards.
• Strategic business advisory translating regulatory developments into practical procedures and implementation plans.
• Complex case management including Fit & Proper assessments, compliance reviews and governance matters.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on legal and governance matters relating to recruitment, distribution agreements and strategic business initiatives.
• Provide practical legal and risk perspectives on recruitment programs, compensation frameworks, partnership structures and distribution strategies.
• Support the drafting, review and implementation of distribution agreements, partnership arrangements and strategic business initiatives.
• Develop scalable legal and governance frameworks to support sustainable growth with appropriate controls.
• Coordinate with Legal, Compliance and business stakeholders to facilitate timely decision-making and execution.
