Job summary

PERSONNEL LINK JOBHUB PTE. LTD. is hiring a Support Engineer (Display products) in Singapore to assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers and MFPs, as well as smart office solutions.

You will support the Service Manager in preparing weekly and monthly service reports and collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth daily operations. The role involves troubleshooting hardware issues across devices, networks, and peripherals on-site.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering, IT, Electronics, or related discipline.
• Experience in copier/ MFP servicing, print solutions, or office automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the installation, setup, and configuration of copiers/ multifunction printers (MFPs) and smart office solutions.
• Support the Service Manager in preparation of weekly and monthly service reports.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service Team to ensure smooth and efficient daily service operations when required.
• Support engineers in troubleshooting hardware issues (machines, networking, peripherals).
