Job summary

ALL-BEST PHOTOCOPY & PRINTING is seeking a skilled technician to install, commission, diagnose, and repair photocopier machines at customer premises in Singapore. You will handle preventive maintenance and ensure availability of spare parts, while providing hands-on training on operation and basic maintenance.

You will also respond to IT-related calls, assist with EZ-link payment machine setup, and collaborate effectively with customers to ensure high service quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in installation and commissioning photocopier machines.
• Troubleshooting and repair of photocopy machines on/off site.
• Preventive maintenance and basic operation training for customers.

Responsibilities

• Installation and commissioning photocopier machines at customer premises
• Diagnose and repair of photocopier machines on and off site
• Investigate, resolve maintenance and repair issues of the equipments
• Conduct preventive maintenance
• Manage tool kit, spare parts and consumable supplies precisely
• Provide training and advice to customer on operation and basic maintenance of machines
• Attend IT related calls based on networking
• EZ-link payment Machine setup and operation
• Team player and communicates effectively with customers.
