• Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions and non-bank financial institutions as trusted advisor.
• Identify, originate, and execute new business opportunities while deepening client relationships.
• Develop tailored client coverage strategies based on client profiles and market outlook.
• Coordinate with internal product, credit, compliance, and operations teams to deliver solutions.
• Lead client transactions from origination through execution with clear cross-functional communication.
• Monitor market trends and regulatory changes to spot opportunities and risks.
• Support strategic initiatives and mentor junior team members.
