Job summary

Mastercard in Singapore is seeking a Director, Product Solutions & Enablement – SME Commercial Payments to lead the Asia Pacific commercialization for a portfolio of SME payment platforms. You will act as the bridge between global product teams and regional stakeholders, driving market adoption, stakeholder enablement and customer engagement across Asia Pacific.

Qualifications

Deep experience within commercial payments, card issuing, issuer processing, fintech or related payment tech environments.
Strong understanding of B2B payments use cases and payments ecosystem (authorization, clearing, settlement).
Able to translate complex payment capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
Experience supporting API-driven platforms and integrations in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as Asia Pacific SME payment solutions SME expert for Mastercard's portfolio.
Develop and execute regional go-to-market and commercialization strategies.
Partner with business development, account management, product and regional stakeholders.
Support engagements across the solution lifecycle from opportunity to adoption.
Provide guidance on solution architecture, APIs, and payment flows.
Design enablement materials and training for internal and external stakeholders.
