Job summary

Kerry Consulting in Singapore is seeking a seasoned retail leasing professional to lead leasing strategies for a premier lifestyle and entertainment destination. You will collaborate with tenants and internal teams to drive revenue, P&L performance, and guest experience, while strategizing campaigns and activations to boost footfall.

You will report to the Head of Leasing and bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in retail leasing or management, with a proven ability to grow visitor numbers

A leading integrated lifestyle and entertainment destination in Asia, known for delivering large-scale, world-class developments is seeking a retail and commercial professional to be part of a major transformation that will redefine the regional tourism and leisure landscape. The role will be based in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Leasing. You will play a key role in supporting the development and execution of leasing strategies to drive revenue, P&L performance, visitorship, dwell time, and conversion. You will partner tenants and internal stakeholders on commercial campaigns, promotions, and activations, while curating events and programmes that increase footfall and repeat visitation. Other responsibilities also include optimise tenant mix, space planning, signage, wayfinding, and operational elements to enhance guest experience and commercial performance.

Requirements

You are a resourceful and self-motivated individual who is comfortable with P&L responsibilities. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail leasing or retail management is preferred. You have proven track record of driven footfall, driving revenue growth and partnering tenants, delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
