Job summary

OpenText, a global leader in information management, invites a Director, Facilities Operations to shape regional workplace strategy across APJ. You will lead safe, engaging environments and partner with regional leaders to drive operational excellence and employee experience.

You will manage capital projects, budgets, vendor relationships, and drive continuous improvement while fostering an accountability-driven, collaborative culture across diverse markets.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in facilities management or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading regional teams in a global matrix organization.
• Strong financial acumen: budgets, forecasting, cost optimization.
• Experience with capital projects, space planning, and portfolio optimization.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional facilities and workplace strategies to support growth.
• Lead facilities operations across multiple countries and ensure safety and quality.
• Partner with leaders on space planning and portfolio decisions.
• Oversee budgets, forecast, and vendor management to drive costs down.
• Manage major workplace projects including relocations and buildouts.
• Drive vendor performance through cross-functional collaboration.
• Lead teams through change with accountability and collaboration.
