Seagate Technology in Woodlands, Singapore, seeks an Engineering Director, Facilities to lead the RMO facilities across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure in a 24/7 high-volume production environment.

You will drive reliability improvements, oversee HVAC, UPW, SCADA, and other utility systems, lead CAPEX programs, and push the digital transformation of facilities using FMCS and SCADA, partnering with Manufacturing and Process Engineering to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering.
15+ years in cleanroom-based or mission-critical manufacturing environments.
7–10 years in leadership of facilities engineering or operations.

Responsibilities

Lead facilities operations across multiple sites, ensuring safe, reliable operation of mission-critical infrastructure in a 24/7 high-volume production environment.
Oversee HVAC, UPW, PCW, CDA, vacuum, exhaust/abatement, chilled water and high-availability electrical systems at scale.
Drive reliability improvements, targeting world-class uptime with minimal production interruptions.
Establish predictive maintenance programs and real-time monitoring with data-driven decisions.
Partner with Manufacturing, Process Engineering, and Equipment teams to enable process stability and yield.
