Job summary

Nanyang Technological University invites applications for a leadership role in Executive Education, directing Public Programmes. You will own BD efforts, perform strategic market analyses, and develop proposals with faculty to meet corporate training needs.

You will manage client relationships, engage with stakeholders, and drive growth in the NEE portfolio aligned with NTU's education and research excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years of working experience preferred in executive education, L&D or consulting.
• Proven revenue-generation track record in BD, sales and bidding management.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
• Strong written, oral, presentation and facilitation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead business development for Public Programmes and own the pipeline growth.
• Perform market analyses, competitor landscape, segmentation and growth recommendations.
• Collaborate with faculty to develop learning proposals and programmes.
• Ensure high client satisfaction and build trusted relationships.
• Grow relationships with internal and external stakeholders for collaboration.
• Assist in new initiative development to improve processes and client experience.
