Job summary

Vantage Data Centers APAC Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Director, Project Controls to lead the end-to-end project controls for data center development. You will drive scheduling, cost estimating, change management and reporting while building a high-performance team.

You will collaborate with Innovation Engineering, Site Selection and Construction teams to tie actuals to future improvements, develop risk plans, dashboards, and real-time KPIs across global sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Quantity Surveying, or equivalent.
• 8 years of project controls management experience (10–12 preferred).
• Global construction experience with data center exposure preferred.
• Knowledge of planning, budgeting, and risk management processes.
• Experience with P6, Yardi, and Anaplan is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to architect and improve project controls systems and processes.
• Oversee production of project schedules across lifecycles.
• Establish budgets, manage costs, and leverage cost databases.
• Develop risk management plans and change workflows.
• Create real-time dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to tie actuals to future improvements.
• Maintain schedule databases and standard breakdown structures.
