You will own regional gating, budgeting, project risk, technology stack, and cross-functional collaboration, turning performance into actionable insights while leading a team through complex, multi-disciplinary programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ items: leadership, governance, and cross-functional collaboration across APAC.
• Experience in data-driven governance, KPI reporting, and regional operations.
• Proficiency with project controls and construction management tools.

Responsibilities

• Own the governance of the regional gating process, chair gate reviews and ensure on-time delivery.
• Run the regional operational backbone: budgeting, resourcing, cadence and coordination of initiatives.
• Own regional performance reporting and KPI management per global guidance; turn activity into measurable performance.
