Job summary

VF seeks a Director, Supply Chain Finance (FOB) to lead VF's enterprise product-cost finance agenda across the brand-aligned costing team. You will partner with Brand Finance, Product Supply, Planning, Merchandising, Product Development, Sourcing and senior leadership to turn product cost, duties, tariffs and savings into clear decisions and measurable margin outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, product costing, or related fields.
• Experience leading and developing teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Ability to translate cost data into actionable business decisions across brands.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise Target FOB framework and governance across brands.
• Own product-cost benchmark methodology by product subcategory and MSRP.
• Lead AI-enabled costing roadmap and analytics for decision-support capabilities.
• Drive cost-governance reviews, assess BOM and tariff exposure, and ensure margin integrity.
• Lead, coach, and develop the brand-aligned Product Cost Finance team across regions.
• Present margin recovery and savings opportunities to senior stakeholders with clear actions.
