Job summary

VF is seeking a Director, Supply Chain Finance (FOB) in Singapore to lead enterprise product-cost finance and drive value across brand-costing teams. You will partner with Brand Finance, Product Supply and senior leadership to translate costs, duties and savings into margin outcomes and to set governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of progressive finance experience with product cost, gross margin, sourcing, supply chain or consumer-product economics.
• People-management experience with the ability to lead and develop a team.
• Proven ability to influence and communicate with senior stakeholders using concise financial narratives.
• Deep understanding of FOB, BOM and non-BOM costs, duties, tariffs and inventory impact on margin.
• Experience designing and governing financial frameworks, benchmarks, KPIs and controls for consistency across brands.
• Strong value-realization discipline to quantify savings by season and production.
• Advanced analytical and financial-modeling capability to turn complex data into decisions.
• Cross-functional leadership across Finance, Product Supply, Planning, Merchandising and Technology.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise Target FOB framework and governance across brands.
• Lead product-cost benchmark methodology by product subcategory and MSRP.
• Lead the AI-enabled costing roadmap and analytics capabilities.
• Facilitate cost-governance reviews including tariff exposure and margin risks.
• Approve material changes to benchmark methodologies with transparent analysis.
• Lead, coach and develop the Product Cost Finance team.
• Own the cost-compliance KPI framework and executive reporting.
• Establish savings-governance tracking by brand, season and production.
• Ensure reporting connects to inventory, COGS and gross margin.
• Present opportunities to senior stakeholders with clear value and timing.
• Drive cross-brand consistency and calendar-based governance.
• Partner with Brand Finance and Product Supply leaders on opportunities above targets.
• Embed continuous-improvement using automation and analytics.
