Job summary

Amethystasiapartners in Singapore is seeking a VP/SVP/Director to lead Private Credit / Private Debt Fund Services. The role covers managing fund accounting, NAV calculations, and day-to-day operations for a growing client base.

You will guide a team, uphold service quality, and coordinate with banks, auditors, and custodians to deliver timely deliverables and well-prepared financial statements for audits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; professional qualification preferred.
• At least 8 years of fund accounting or fund administration experience in Private Credit/Private Debt funds.
• Strong client servicing, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee fund accounting/administration for private credit funds and day-to-day operations.
• Prepare and review NAV calculations and related reporting.
• Coordinate investor servicing including onboarding, capital calls, distributions, and reporting.
• Lead and mentor junior staff while liaising with banks, auditors, brokers, and custodians.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements and support audits.
