Job summary

BEATHCHAPMAN (PTE. LTD.) in Singapore seeks a senior clinical operations leader to own the development plan for a first-in-portfolio oncology biologic, from IND through Phase I/II.

You will coordinate across CROs, CDMOs, regulators and investigators, drive cross-functional planning, vendor management and build scalable processes as the pipeline grows.

This lean, founder-stage role requires hands-on accountability, English and Mandarin fluency, and a track record in oncology clinical development.

Qualifications

• 10–15+ years in clinical development or clinical operations, with director-level experience.
• Strong Phase I/II oncology experience, including first-in-human studies.
• Proven ability to own development plans, manage CROs and complex vendors.
• IND/CTA preparation and early development experience.
• Fluency in English and professional Mandarin for cross-border coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations from IND prep through Phase I/II.
• Manage CRO selection, site activation, enrolment, trial conduct, and data cleaning.
• Coordinate protocol development with investigators and regulatory consultants.
• Drive cross-functional planning across clinical, regulatory, CMC, biomarker and safety.
• Interface with CDMOs to align manufacturing and clinical supply timelines.
• Track critical-path risks and vendor performance; resolve issues proactively.
• Engage KOLs and investigators; provide concise updates to management.
• Help build scalable clinical and operational processes for future assets.
