Job summary

TG Singapore seeks an accomplished senior software engineering leader to build and oversee a high-performing engineering organization in Singapore. You will coach managers, architects, and engineers, drive performance, and implement workforce development strategies across offshore and onshore teams.

You will define AI strategies and oversee full SDLC for complex systems, ensuring delivery excellence, security, and quality gates while aligning with business objectives and technology roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related discipline.
• Typically 15+ years of relevant experience including at least 7 years in senior software engineering or delivery leadership.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary software teams and AI initiatives.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled products/platforms in enterprise-scale environments.
• Experience managing full SDLC for complex, mission-critical systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing software engineering organisation.
• Coach and mentor software managers, architects, technical leads, developers, DevOps engineers, and platform engineers.
• Manage performance, competency development, career progression, training, and succession planning.
• Identify capability gaps and implement recruitment and workforce-development plans.
• Plan and manage software capacity and capabilities to support projects, solution development, presales, maintenance, and system enhancements.
