Avani Singapore seeks an experienced Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel's revenue function from pre-opening through operations. You will shape pricing, forecasting, and distribution to maximize profitability and drive strategic decisions across all revenue streams.

You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and F&B, leading a team to deliver robust revenue performance, market insight, and stakeholder alignment in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualificações

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Revenue Management leadership within hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategy, distribution management, market segmentation, and revenue optimization.
• Experience with Opera, IDeaS, STR, or similar revenue management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the revenue management pre-opening workstream, including distribution setup, pricing strategy, system configuration, forecasting processes, and operational readiness.
• Develop and execute revenue strategies across all market segments to maximize hotel performance and profitability.
• Drive Total Hotel Profit Optimization by partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Culinary, and Food & Beverage teams to maximise opportunities across all revenue streams.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and demand patterns to identify opportunities and support strategic decision-making.
• Oversee forecasting, budgeting, pricing, and revenue reporting to support business objectives.
• Chair regular Revenue Meetings and ensure revenue strategies are clearly communicated and effectively executed.
• Optimize distribution channel performance, inventory management, and pricing integrity across all channels.
• Recruit, develop, and lead the Revenue and Reservations team while building strong revenue management capabilities across the hotel.

We're looking for an experienced and commercially driven Director of Revenue Management to lead the hotel's revenue function through pre-opening and beyond. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will be responsible for maximizing profitability through strategic pricing, forecasting, distribution management, and total hotel revenue optimization.

What You'll Do

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years' experience in Revenue Management leadership within hospitality
• Strong knowledge of forecasting, pricing strategy, distribution management, market segmentation, and revenue optimization
• Experience with Opera, IDeaS, STR, or similar revenue management systems
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into commercial action
• Previous hotel pre-opening experience is strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of the Singapore hospitality market, demand drivers, and emerging travel trends
• Recent revenue leadership experience within Singapore hospitality would be highly advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills
• Fluent in English
