Job summary

the edge partnership holdings pte. ltd. is seeking a senior HR leader to shape and drive Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management strategies within a large professional services environment.

Reporting to the CHRO, this role will partner with senior leadership to design scalable policies, programs that strengthen engagement, leadership pipelines, and change readiness. You will oversee workforce planning, policy development, and change management to deliver

Qualifications

• Degree qualified with at least 15 years of progressive HR experience.
• Proven leadership in large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Strong expertise across Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Learning & Talent Management.
• Experience managing HR teams in large, matrixed organisations.
• Strong stakeholder management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Talent Acquisition, aligning hiring strategies with business priorities.
• Develop recruitment policies, systems, and processes for high-quality hiring outcomes.
• Lead Learning & Development, Organisational Development, Talent Management, and Succession Planning.
• Drive organisational development and change management to enhance engagement and leadership pipelines.
• Partner with senior leaders on complex employee relations matters and culture policies.
